H.A.N.D HiFi — Custom Sound System

H.A.N.D. stands for Have A Nice Day. It started in a Neukölln garage, built by Castro Moore — one half of the duo behind Sound Metaphors, the record shop in Kreuzberg that serious diggers already know about.

The idea was straightforward: a sound system should be made for the room it's going into, not pulled off a shelf and installed. So that's what Castro does. You tell him the space — a bar, a café, a home, a shop floor — and he designs and builds the system around it. Every one is different. Nothing is stock.
