Produced in Hyōgo, birthplace of premium sake — with finely polished Yamada Nishiki rice and Miyamizu water from Mt. Rokkō.

Delicate notes of honey, melon and grapefruit zest, serve chilled 6-8°C in a wine glass, over ice in a tumbler or as part of a cocktail.
